Our principle trainer who runs and oversees all our programs has over 35+ years’ fitness, gym, lifestyle, leadership and management experience gain through a life underpinned by fitness as an Australian Army Officer  and Senior Executive in the Victorian Public Service.   This unique blend of experience married with qualifications in personal training, lifestyle coaching and education provides for a deeper understanding of the personal, family and work issues faced by many when endeavouring to regain or improve their health, fitness and lifestyle.

REGAIN Health and Fitness prides itself on providing right atmosphere, support, encouragement and motivation for all to achieve their health, fitness and lifestyle goals.

Everyone is different needs, goals and abilities and this requires that an initial assessment of their needs, goals and abilities must be undertaken before an individually tailored goal-focused six week program can be designed.

In the design of these programs a number of exercises and questionnaires are completed so that a baseline can be determined for exercise selection, nutrition and wellbeing from which progress can be tracked and accountabilities established for both the personal trainer and the client.

The programs are designed in such a way that each client is educated on correct exercise technique tempo and intensity, use of gym equipment to aid in the development of their gym confidence and independence, stretching and those most appropriate pre and post exercise, nutrition and its relationship with exercise and weight loss, lifestyle choices and the impact on wellbeing.

Each session/workout within a six week program will have a purpose and will constantly challenge and move you towards your goals.  Each six week program will include specific personal training sessions integrated with your own weight or cardio training sessions, suitable group sessions ranging from high interval training to Zumba, designated rest days and homework.   The purpose of this integration is to keep you motivated, constantly challenge your body to do different things and adapt accordingly.
