Clients wishing to undertake group training will be matched with 2 to 5 other clients with similar fitness goals and ability. Clients will train together under the supervision of a personal trainer.
Group training focuses on building functional strength, muscular endurance, promotion of lean muscle mass and weight loss by challenging you in a high intensity environment with challenging loaded and unloaded exercises. These programs are suitable for any fitness and experience level as the basic exercises are either regressed (made easier) or progressed (made harder) depending on your level of fitness and expertise.
